The owner and director of Body Sense, Amy is a qualified Yoga Teacher. Her beliefs and passions about health, fitness and wellbeing are that every person should be approached as a whole being. She strongly believes that our physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing is all interconnected and works best when all aspects are considered.
